Voice Lessons
My style of teaching is tailored to the needs of each individual student, from beginners to professionals in the industry. Singing is a highly personal combination of technique and musicality. As a professional performer, I understand the demands of combining my visceral artistic instincts with a foundational technique, and I help each of my students find that balance. Some staples of my teaching include:
Tapping into your resonance to make your sound as efficient and easy as possible
Releasing tension to create an effortless sound
Finding your authentic voice
Developing a tailor-made and efficient warm up
Establishing healthy techniques for singing professionally, on an 8-show-a-week schedule
Building your repertoire list
Cutting songs to make audition and performance quality cuts
Coaching the acting intention of your song to make a performance ready final product
